Euclid Fish Company is looking for a Territory Sales Executive to expand our presence across the Cleveland market—partnering with top restaurants, markets, and foodservice operators to deliver premium seafood and specialty food products.

🎯 What You’ll Do

 

📈 Grow Your Territory

  • Build and manage relationships with restaurants, retailers, and foodservice clients
  • Identify and close new business opportunities
  • Conduct in-person visits to strengthen partnerships
  • Introduce new, seasonal, and specialty products

🤝 Be a Trusted Partner

  • Provide product expertise and menu recommendations
  • Maintain consistent communication with your clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment

💼 Drive New Business

  • Prospect through cold outreach, referrals, and networking
  • Present full product offerings to prospective customers
  • Support tastings, product demos, and menu development

📊 Stay Organized & Strategic

  • Track sales activity and pipeline using CRM tools
  • Manage your weekly schedule and territory plan

What You Bring

✔ Proven ability to build relationships and close deals
✔ Strong communication and time management skills
✔ Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
✔ Comfort with CRM systems and Microsoft 365 tools

 

Preferred:

  • Sales or foodservice industry experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 30–50 lbs occasionally and work in refrigerated environments when needed
